Why?

I ask myself what can I do

To serve the humans all around

I am grateful, blessed and true

But searching for a higher sound

I understand their struggles well

For I have walked a similar road

I share my experiences, to tell

That we are not alone in our abode

I am here to help in any way

But truth be told, I don’t have all the answers

For each of us is unique, today

I am on a journey of self-discovery and growth and I want to share my experience with you. I have come to realize that the best way for me to serve others is to be open about my own challenges and experiences. Gossip ?

I feel One step forward in living a more pleasant state of well being. Eliminating this toxic behavior like GOSSIP.

Yes, gossip can be considered a form of toxic behavior as it often involves speaking negatively about others behind their backs and spreading rumors or untruths. This behavior can lead to harm and mistrust among people and can create a negative and unbalanced environment.

Gossiping can also have negative effects on the individual engaging in this behavior, as it can lead to feelings of guilt, anxiety, and a lack of fulfillment. Furthermore, participating in gossip can lead to a distorted view of others and a lack of empathy and understanding.

It’s always better to focus on positive and respectful communication, and to avoid spreading negativity and false information about others. By choosing to engage in positive and constructive behaviors, individuals can cultivate a more balanced and fulfilling life for themselves and those around them.

Identifying anger

When someone is angry, it is often because they are experiencing pain or discomfort in some way. Identifying this anger as their own pain and not entangling your emotions with theirs can assist in maintaining a pleasant state for you.

When we see others as being angry, we often react with anger ourselves, which can lead to a spiral of negative emotions and an escalation of the situation. By recognizing that the other person’s anger is rooted in their own pain, we can respond with empathy and understanding, rather than getting caught up in our own emotions.

This approach allows us to detach ourselves from the situation and respond in a more rational and level-headed manner. It also allows us to communicate more effectively with the other person, as we are able to approach the situation with a more neutral perspective.

Additionally, by not entangling our emotions with others, we are also less likely to be affected by their negative emotions. This can help us to maintain a more positive and peaceful state of mind, even in the midst of a challenging situation.

In summary, identifying others’ anger as their own pain and not entangling your emotions with theirs can assist in maintaining a pleasant state. It allows us to respond with empathy and understanding, to communicate effectively, maintain a neutral perspective and not be affected by their negative emotions
