  1. Hmmm. I’d have to say this moment, right now, is the moment in my day when I have been the most present. It’s been an anxious day for me. I’ve been trying to keep myself distracted so that I don’t fall into a spiral. But now, I’ve calmed myself with the help of some CBD oil.
