“Turn your wounds into wisdom.” — Oprah Winfrey
You don’t have to share your wound. But share one wisdom it gave you.
~One of the deepest wounds I’ve been turning into wisdom is around self-worth and self-love—because for a long time, I had none.
I let other people’s opinions shape how I saw myself. I allowed their views to dictate my well-being. I truly believed my value depended on how others saw me, and that kept me disconnected from who I really was.
But now, I know my worth—and I’m no longer quiet about it.
I speak on it, I live it, and I share it so others can be reminded:

Life doesn’t punish you; it teaches you. Every experience is a lesson to choose your evolution.
The greatest wisdom I’ve gained is this:
Being true to yourself is the key to your freedom
