“The Human Healing”

“Tonight, I sit with myself — not to judge, but to honor.
I am just a human, healing the wounds I once thought I had to hide.
There are choices I’ve made that I’m not proud of, but each one was born from a heart doing the best it could with what it knew.
I see now that pretending to know everything was my way of surviving a world that didn’t teach me how to ask for help.
But life, with its relentless lessons, has been a patient teacher—showing me how to love, how to be kind, how to extend compassion not just to others, but to myself.
I am not perfect. I am not finished.
I am simply here, living this human experience with the only truth I have:
I am willing to learn, to heal, and to love better than I did yesterday.”
