Thursday: Observe Without Judgment

Message: “Good day! Practice observing your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Often, our interpretations cloud the present. Let’s learn to experience it without labeling.”

Exercise: “The next time you notice a thought or feeling, pause and observe it without trying to change or label it. Allow it to be there, then let it go.”
