Monday: Release Control

Message: “Today, I’m focusing on releasing the need to control everything. It’s easy to get frustrated when things don’t go as planned, but peace comes when we trust that things will unfold as they’re meant to. By letting go of control, we allow life to flow more freely.” 

Lesson: “I’ve learned that the tighter we hold onto expectations, the more stress we create. When we trust the process, we can feel at peace with whatever comes.” 

Exercise: “Today, when something doesn’t go as planned, pause. Take three deep breaths and remind yourself, ‘I cannot control everything, but I can control how I respond.’ Notice how this shift in mindset makes you feel.”
