Thursday: Practice Forgiveness

Message: “Forgiveness is a gift you give yourself. Today, let go of old grudges and free yourself from carrying the burden of resentment.”

Exercise:Write a forgiveness letter to someone (you don’t have to send it). Express all your feelings and then release them.
