In the tapestry of human existence, I’ve unraveled a profound truth β that we, as a species, often find ourselves addicted to suffering. Reflecting on my journey from childhood to adulthood, I recognize how seamlessly I became accustomed to this mental anguish, trapped in a victim state of thinking.
As a child, clarity eluded me, leaving my feelings unexplained and their purpose misunderstood. I internalized it, adopting a belief that happiness and joy were not meant for me. Life situations, I thought, unfolded as punishments I deserved. Hate and anger took residence in my heart, orchestrating actions that mirrored these tumultuous emotions for many years.
However, a transformative shift occurred when I realized that life situations merely serve to provide an understanding of how I experience this world. By embracing the acknowledgment of knowing and unknowing, devoid of false assumptions, a whirlwind effect ensued.

We are intricate compositions, an accumulation of memories encapsulating thoughts, body image, and facial expressions, all on the surface of our waking existence. Today, I understand life as a beautiful symphony of emotional balance, navigating the ebb and flow of diverse paths. No longer entangled, I’ve chosen wisdom and embraced my life, free from emotional turbulence.
Now, my purpose unfolds as a journey to live joyfully, to share and interact with other life forms, and to create and empower. Together, let’s embark on the journey of healing, one day at a time, for we only die once and live every day until then. This is why, with each dawn, I remind myself of the precious gift of life β the present moment. ππ
